Do your windows conform to the new energy ratings. ?
All our windows can acheive an A rating for maximum saving on your energy bills. Please state at the time of quotation that you you require an A rated product as the glass product's used to achhive this are more expensive than normal
How long do you guarantee your products for. ?
All our window frames, roof and glass are guaranteed for 10 years. This excludes glass breakages during and after installation and we do NOT offer any guarantee on any installation
Cheques need to be sent 5 working days before the delivery, Visa and direct to bank payments are accepted the day prior to delivery and cash or bankersdraft payments can be made on delivery.
What is your current turnaround
Our current turnarounds on production vary. We can supply window frames in just 3 working days and conservatories in just 7. Conservatories with glass roofs or shaped-arched frame's genrally take around 15 working days.
We use the Synseal profile to manufacture our windows doors and conservatories. You can either have the chamfered shield window suite or the fully sculptured Synerjy window suite.
